• NO REFUND ONCE REGISTERED. NO MULTIPLE KID DISCOUNTS, OR NO PRORATED DAYS FOR MISSED  DAYS. MUST REGISTER FOR ALL 20 DAYS/5 WEEKS OF CAMP.  (BREAKDOWN OF COST PER DAY FOR FOR 20 DAYS IS $6.50)

• What to Wear/Bring : School appropriate athletic clothing and tennis shoes/sports related shoes. Water. Please see the girls and boys tabs for more information above.

• Physicals: Required and must be dated after April 15, 2023. You can turn physicals to Coaches Cephus (Boys) and Moran (Girls)

• NO Trainers will be on site, if injury occurs parents will be contacted immediately and trainers at GOHS will be notified. 

• Athletes will work with York Coaches on speed, agilities, mid-distance, long distance, and strength training.

• Specific sports training will be in addition at no extra cost, coaches will release specific dates at a later time on the SPORTSYOU app.. 

• SPORTSYOU app will be the official form of communication about all things S.A.C camp related... such as weather updates, sports specific training, and any additional info.
